This is Drew, a beautiful female Manx/Dilute Tortie mix (she is the only one of the litter that does have a tail!). She has been living in a home that was over-populated by cats because the owner did not spay and neuter his cats. Her owner came to us desperate, because animal control has been called, and since we know what the outcome of animal control involvement is, we stepped in. It's the height of kitten season, and we are overwhelmed with kittens, but we just couldn't resist helping these sweet kitties find homes. Drew is approximately 13 weeks old and is current on her vaccinations. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She, like all of the others in the home, is skinny and was covered with fleas. We have treated the fleas, but she has some residual skin dermatitis, which will clear up now that the fleas are gone. It is not a permanent condition; it is only brought on by fleas. Her skin will be back to normal with good food, a bath, some brushing and a little time. Drew is very sweet, and does well with other cats.
