Frosty is a 1 year old beautiful white male. He was adopted as a kitten and just returned to FOWA because the owner has brain cancer. Very sad for her and this gorgeous animal. He is very outgoing and sweet and is in a foster home with other cats and dogs and seems to be adjusting just fine.
