For sale: Baldwin's largest vertical piano (model 248) with wonderful rich, velvety tone normally associated with concert grands. Total soundboard area according to spec description is as big as that of a Baldwin's R1 grand. Serial #481508. This instrument is 8 years old, purchased new, twice professionally moved and tuned yearly, but out of tune now. Satin mahogany finish with a darker oval inlay. Some minor superficial scratches and nicks but nothing major, soundboard is in perfect condition. Included is a piano bench with notebook storage compartment. This is a fine professional instrument for those who want a grand piano sound in a smaller body. Come and try it out. Buyer is responsible for pick-up/moving cost. Additional pictures upon request.
