Apartment is located on the first floor. Laundry room is located downstairs with numerous washers and dryers. Neighborhood is very safe and only a few blocks from Washington Street. Also located right near the light rail station.

Rental amount is $1,565 per month (non-negotiable). The first and last month rent is due upon moving in -- there is no security deposit and no broker's fee (these have already been paid!). Heat and water are included. You will be responsible for your use of electricity, however. Sorry, but no pets (excluding hamsters, fish, and tiny little animals).
